By signing this form, I declare that I am at least 21 years of age and agree to the Terms & Conditions of membership. I also authorize Selby Winery to automatically bill my credit card for my wine club releases, including all applicable fees on the first of the month of the release months for the club I have chosen.
Club membership is ongoing and may be cancelled any time after the first year of membership by contacting the Wine Club Coordinator. Your credit card will be billed automatically for club releases. Cancellation prior to 1 year will incur a one time $25 fee.
